Cancelling & Rescheduling
48 hour noticed is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no‑shows will incur a full charge of the booked service price and no future bookings.
For exceptions during emergencies — with clear document.
Arrival & Lateness
Please arrive 5 minutes before the appointment. If a client is over 15 minutes late, the treatment will be shortened or canceled and charged in full.
Payment & Pricing
Payments are accepted by cash, contactless and bank transfer.
Prices are clearly displayed; a 50% non refundable booking fee is required when booking any appointments. Remaining balance will immediately taken after the treatment.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, or recent aesthetic treatments. Patch test is requiredd for some treatments.
All services are delivered with single‑use disposable items where possible, strict hygiene protocols, and full cleaning between clients. Under‑18s need parental/guardian consent (written or verbal with parent present) for ALL services.
